Rossanna’s style of teaching is gentle, very therapeutic, emphasizing alignment and proper breathing and poses that improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. She also teaches Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. She has been teaching since 2015 and believes that Yoga is the journey to self-care, self-love, and the process of discovering who you really are. She has completed her 500 hours and she is a forever student.
